Obscenity Trial

I just stumbled across this account of an ongoing obscenity trial.

That sort of thing is so sick. I haven't been able to finish my lunch today. Let us hope this person is convicted and locked up for a VERY long time. The moral fabric of society is in danger of disintegrating.

  1. The most he would get is a fine.Unfortunaly for you gavern, most crimes that do not economically, physically, or intentionally emotionaly damage someone are not put in jail. Especially to satisfy the delusionaly religous. You a person who hates the muslims, think exactly like them. I agree with the first comment. The USA is really good at handling censorship. We never actually censor anything but we do restrict some things to 18.

  2. That sort of thing really is disgusting. Someone who engages with stuff like that should really be in a mental hospital, not prison.

  6. Garvan do you have any comment on the recent conviction of Gary Dobson and David Norris for the murder of Stephen Lawrence?

  7. I see that Bob Holness died today, aged 83.

  8. Yellowcat, well they were found guilty and I believe that they should thus be executed in accordance with the Law of God. But, of course, this judge obviously knows better and feels that the young man's life was worth 14 years.

As for Bob Holness, I don't know if He was a Christian or not, but He will certainly have met His maker by now and will be in one place or another.

  9. Interesting - so does Bill think those things are disgusting even if they were engaged in privately by a hetrosexual married couple? And can he support it from scripture?

Also, is a simple declaration that people are mentally ill and should be locked up the kind of considered and caring response you'd expect from someone who is allegedly a youth counsellor?

  11. Sexual relations were created by God for the purposes of procreation between a man and a woman. Any spirit-filled Christian will tell you this.

  12. So Bill what do you think of gays? I am a gay man. Would you lock me up for having sex with my partner?

  13. Anonymous, I do not wish to insult you, but I think the idea of two men together is disgusting. They cannot ever become one flesh, so it is entirely unnatural and is forbidden by the Bible.

  14. I have several friends who are gay and I can not see why some people get so worked up about what is well within the range of normal behaviour for humans and other animals.

  15. Hi Bill,

So do you only ever have sex with your wife with the aim of procreation? I assume that once she's pregnant you abstain for the next year or so, until she's ready to provide you with another little descendant.

I assume that Bill is also saying that couples where one or both partners are sterile should't engage in sex either, as they can't procreate. This includes post-menopausal women, who still enjoy sex even if they can no longer bear children.

Obviosly Bill is opposed to all forms of contraception, even if used by married couples.

Notice, of course, that Bill automatically associates homosexuality withthe actual sexual acts. He can't bring himself to admit that two people of the same sex may love each other as people as much as a heterosexual couple di.

  16. Bill would also say that being gay is a choice. I can prove to him that it is'nt, but he has to be willing to take the challenge.

  17. Actually, given Bill's views on sex, I wonder what his views on foreplay are? And, if there's Mrs Bill, I wonder if she's ever experienced it ...

By the way, Bill, I have a friend who, as a teenager, had to have her womb removed after a car-accident. She's married now. Should she and her husband have sex together?

But none the less will try very hard to do just that.

'but I think the idea of two men together is disgusting.'

Who cares WHAT you think...it is none of your business absolutely zero concern should be yours it is a PRIVATE matter between consenting adults...butt out literally butt head.

Besides no one is demanding that you indulge...you are not required to partake if that is not your thing...grow up dumbo!

'They cannot ever become one flesh'

If you are referring to offspring of a union not every heterosexual couple can manage that...otherwise IVF would not be required.
If you are whining about 'union'...Bill someone should instruct you in the physical mechanics of sexual intercourse b'twixt 'n' b'tween consenting adults of all sexual persuasions.

    'so it is entirely unnatural'

Bill you have no inkling what is natural or unnatural...it is unnatural to believe fairy stories at your age but you & Garv do...that is disgusting...so pot kettle black.

'and is forbidden by the Bible'

So is telling lies but creationists and religion droolers do it all the time.

Mind your own business...that's what jeebus would do!
Anyway by gospel accounts jeebus was bi-curious.
You are discriminating against your own hero genius!

It can be hard work to insult people like Bill and Garvan who are really dim and delusional- they often don't understand what is being said to them and they certainly lack the intelligence to grasp the fact that they do not know what they are talking about.

  21. Did any one else think of this when Bill mentioned spirit filled Christians:

But obviously not two women ...

Why is it people like Bill assume that only men are homosexual?

  23. Because women aren't really people, of course.
